We are excited to announce NSES has been recognized as a Common Sense School for the 2023-2024 school year! This distinction was earned because of our commitment to teaching students how to use technology safely and responsibly. Throughout the year, classes have had lessons and conversations to support digital citizenship competencies including media balance, online privacy, digital footprint, and communication. We have also sent home resources in Thursday Folders to support families with conversations about digital citizenship at home. We are committed to continuing this work are grateful for all who have partnered with us to support digital citizenship in our school community!
